Beloved mystery author Kerry Greenwood leaves behind a legacy of thrilling tales featuring Miss Phryne Fisher.

Kerry Greenwood (1954-2025) was an Australian author and lawyer known for her Miss Phryne Fisher mystery series. She won the Davitt Award in 2002 for her young adult novel "The Three-Pronged Dagger." Greenwood was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) in 2020. Her popular Miss Fisher series features four new stories set in various locations, including those involving mysteries with disappearances, murder, bombs, booby-traps and more. The first book in the series, "Cocaine Blues," was published in 1989. Greenwood lived with mathematician and author David Greagg.
