Indian cricketer Abhimanyu Easwaran was born on September 6, 1995, in Dehradun to a Tamilian father and Punjabi mother. He began his training under his father, Ranganathan Parameshwaran Easwaran, who founded the Abhimanyu Cricket Academy in 2008. At age 10, Easwaran moved to Kolkata to further his cricket career, residing with his coach Nirmal Sengupta. In October 2024, he was selected for an 18-member Indian squad competing in the Border–Gavaskar Trophy in Australia.
