Devastating flash floods in Texas have claimed at least 80 lives and left dozens missing. The Guadalupe River surged after torrential rain on Friday, causing widespread destruction. Eleven girls and one counselor from Camp Mystic, a summer camp near the river, remain unaccounted for. Rescue crews continue searching along the swollen river. Flash flooding remains a significant threat, particularly north and west of Austin.
